2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products:

Customized, made-to-order, or personalized artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Returns are accepted only in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
To be eligible for a return:

The artwork must be unused and in its original packaging

Proof of damage (clear photos or video) must be provided

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
